In accordance with Data Protection legislation, including General Data Protect Regulations (GDPR), we are advising you that any personal and/or sensitive data requested from you will be stored securely and will only be used in order to manage the contract of business, we may also have a legitimate interest in handling your data when dealing with third parties, such as Police Authorities, Alarm Receiving Centres, Security Systems Inspectorate organisations where applicable. This information will only be made available to third parties, in order to further manage and service your Security System’s Installation or any other services that ICOL Security Systems provide within this scope.

We will retain your information for a period of time which is necessary through the operational life of the security system / systems with us.

For certain types of business, we may require sensitive information from you in order to arrange your Security requirements. For example, the monetary value of cover required. Guns on premises, Safe or secure room on premises, Times of absenteeism from premises. Any special requirements to allow correct assessment of security cover required.

We will not transfer your data outside Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

How long we retain your data
